• You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.
• You must have authority to connect and publish to linked social media accounts.
• You must comply with platform policies and applicable law.

4. AI-Generated Content and Media

• You remain responsible for reviewing and approving generated captions, images, audio, and videos before publication.
• Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable; human review is required.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content for generation or enhancement.

5. Uploads and Rights

You grant PromoGPT a limited license to process uploaded files (including images, videos, and music) to provide requested features such as image-to-video and video enhancement. You represent you have rights to that content.

6. Billing and Credits

Paid plans and credits may apply to generation features. You agree to pay applicable fees. Unless required by law, fees and used credits are non-refundable.

7. Suspensions and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, legal risk, or violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromoGPT disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
